We can modify the architectural design and drawings, e.g. reshape and resize the house so it can fit your land, rearrange the rooms and internal layout to fit your family needs, modify the windows and roof, as well as change the garage (including its location) or add a full basement. Mirrored plan is also available.
After receiving your form / enquiries and studying your requirements, we will contact you via email in 5 business days to confirm your order and send a formal fee proposal before preparing the house plan drawing set.

Due to our time constraints, we are focusing only on well-defined project briefs. If our system identifies conflicting information or unspecified requests, we may not be able to process or prioritize your enquiries.
